Hi ajaypande jdott16 is correct you must have those device specifications. I think this meets the specifications, but still no blur option on my Mac Air. This is not user friendly at all. I don’t have blur and have the latest Zoom and latest MAC software update. On a Mac, you can also go to the zoom.
